An entry portal for motorsport events. Your participants enter online. You see everything in one place. No more chasing emails, PDFs and Excel lists.
You know how it goes
Entries arrive by email, as PDFs or through a form. Then someone copies everything into a list by hand. Documents are missing and payments are matched one by one. And shortly before the event, half of it changes.
What you get
- Online entry: Driver, vehicle, tariff and add-ons are captured in one flow.
- Review entries: You accept entries, reject them or put them on the waiting list.
- Documents: Waivers and proof documents arrive digitally. You see right away what is missing.
- Payment and invoices: Participants pay online, by bank transfer or in cash on site. Invoices run through the portal.
- Places: You set how many vehicles start per event and group. The portal allows no more than that. You put further entries on the waitlist.
- Event day: Check-in and technical inspection are right in the portal. The overview is also available as a CSV file for Excel.
- Your website: You embed the entry on your own site.
- Your team: You invite more users. Everyone works with the same data.

Pricing
€199 net per year per organization
- Any number of events and users is included.
- You pay nothing extra per entry.
- We do the setup together.
For online payments you use your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you and we keep none of it. Stripe charges its own fees, which are deducted from your revenue. Bank transfer and cash work without Stripe.
Who is behind it
I am Michael Brode, managing director of Acrontum GmbH in Munich. PitEntry is made by us. Acrontum is ISO 27001 certified and has passed a TISAX assessment.
I race myself, so I also know entries from the driver's side.

Frequently asked questions
What about timing?
PitEntry takes care of the entry. Timing and results stay with your service provider.
Do my participants need an account?
They do not have to register first and need no password. Your participants enter their email address and receive a link. With it they add their driver details and vehicle once and enter right away. They can create a full account later.
Can I see it first?
Yes. I will show you everything in a short video demo. It takes about 20 minutes. We are happy to use your event for it.
I run several events. What does that cost?
All events of one organization are included in the price.
Where is the data stored?
In a Host Europe data center in Strasbourg.
